house exchange needed 3 bedroom to4 due to my house

hi all a nice 3 bedroomed house for exchange as my house is to small for 6 of us and disability i cannott climb stairs or use bathroom without an escort im looking for a minimum of 4 bedroom home with a seperate dining room so i can convert that to my bedroom would love a groundfloor shower room and toilet as i cant access one upstairs due to being unable to climb stairs and not able to get a stairlift with epilepsy and threats of siezures i need a place were my younguest children can go to diss high school due to having there exams and one with adht and it would be a struggle for them to adjust in a new school would be helpful to be near bus as my son is attending west suffolk college and my eldest daughter is in a program of child care please hope you can help many thanks
