3 bed semi detached with drive in Stanley common

This lovely quirky 3 bedroom semi detached property is located in Stanley Common, it’s beautiful and quiet is around the corner from local primary schools and shops and a local park. The house has gas central heating, double glazing which fitted around 5 years ago along with new external doors and a new kitchen. There is a drive that fits one car but has easy potential for it to be extended to fit two. When I moved in May 2020 I had a new bathroom fitted and tiled that summer. The house has been fully decorated and has laminate flooring throughout the downstairs, carpet on the stairs, landing and the two biggest bedrooms. The smallest bedroom has laminate flooring and the bathroom has LVT. I have also had new internal doors fitted throughout the house. The back garden has had new fencing and a new garden side gate to provide privacy. The garden hasn’t had anything else done to it as I have concentrated on the inside but it has been maintained regularly. The neighbours are amazing both sides and the street in general are really friendly. I am looking for a 3 bedroom house with a drive way in Kirk Hallam.
