I live on a Court through Housing 21. My flat is ground floor and has own front door with outside entrance. Even a small patio to sit outside. OTHER outside area to sit. It has age restrictions of 55 and OVER. Hob and oven incl with property. If adaptions are needed, Housing 21 will do it. Newly painted by myself. Carpets to be left. Kitchen overlooks trees and wildlife. Area to sit out. I have lots of pots in the area. New bathroom with a powerful shower. Could leave wardrobe. It has emergency device to get any help required. I have a cat with a cat flap in the kitchen window, if needed.
