I have a3 bedroom semi detached house in a quiet cul de sac in Cheltenham. Good sized front and back garden with side entrance to the back and a double driveway. 2 good sized bedrooms 1 box room (but plenty big enough for a single bed and wardrobe). A wet room and large front room with a dividing wall which we built to give us a dinning room (Wall can be removed) the kitchen is small but plenty big enough for all the white goods and theres plenty of cupboards.
Locally schools are within a 10min walk, there's plenty of green space with a small park over the road and a large park 5 mins away. The bus stop is the other side of the green, which is opposite the house. Aldi, lidl,sainsbury's ,next, Matalan and much more are just a 10-15 walk. Although my house is on an estate, it's all made up of small cul de sac, so there's only 1 road in and out. Plus we are surrounded by fields and open spaces as we are tucked away from traffic etc. Close by (over by the big park) is springbank comunity resource centre, there is a doctors a chemist and a nursery in there. And next to it is the comunity cafe,both of which have plenty going on during school holidays. Its a quiet area, neighbours are nice,there's no crime or problems either.
