I have a lovely two bed house in a nice area in Colehill, close to Wimborne Minster. It is located on a private estate, (former repossession from 80's).
There is plenty of parking in roads and the property has a drive at front with a garage at back with parking also.
The garden is fairly small but lovely and there is a 'lean to' at back of house for extra storage etc or for use as a conservatory space. I have quite a large kitchen and living room with under stairs storage area; two double bedrooms which will happily fit KS beds and a bathroom and boarded out loft space done in tongue and groove pine with a velux window and decent loft ladder.
The house is situated ten minutes walk from local forest where you can also cycle to Ringwood and the New Forest on the Castleman Trail. Local bus routes go to Bournemouth and Wimborne. Local shops and schools within walking distance. It's ideally situated in terms of 5 mins. drive into Wimborne; 15-20 mins drive to Poole; 15 mins. into New Forest/Ringwood; 25 to Bournemouth (depending on traffic); 45 mins. to Swanage and Purbecks/Jurassic coast; 45 mins. to Salisbury and Southampton etc.
Obviously near to many supermarkets, amenities, parks, cafes and popular attractions in this area of beautiful Dorset. I have lovely neighbours and like living here having been in this area for 25 years, (12 in current house). I would consider rural and coastal properties in the Devon Dorset areas ideally in a property similar to my own or bungalow with garden and parking with garage if possible.
