I have a well presented town house that is near the town centre. i have 3 double bedrooms one being en suite. A lounge/diner with double glazed patio doors to a well kept garden with wooden shed. downstairs toilet. kitchen and a large cupboard in the hallway. Allocated parking space. double glazed throughout and central heating. I'm looking to down size to a 2 bed house/bungalow thats well kept in a quiet area eg : Plymton, Plymstock, Tavistock, Ivybridge, South Hams etc.
