I have spacious 3 bedroom semi detached house in Tividale, B69 2LR. It’s a quiet street.
The house had been freshly painted white in every room (including ceilings and woodwork).
Downstairs we have a large living room with an under stairs storage cupboard. Because this has a window and a light my daughters use it as a small toy room.
Kitchen diner comfortably fits a 6 seat table and chairs, we have a small utility room and a downstairs toilet off the kitchen.
Upstairs there are 2 double rooms, the front bedroom has a storage cupboard. The back room is large enough to fit a double bed and enough furniture to hold the clothes of 4 people. The smaller bedroom on the back of the house would comfortably fit a single bed and bedroom furniture. Our bathroom is upstairs.
The house is well maintained, there’s matching laminate flooring in hallway, living room, under stairs cupboard and all three bedrooms. Carpet on stairs and landing. The flooring mentioned is less than 12 months old and has been professionally fitted. The carpet has a 3 year warranty. The 5 internal doors downstairs are new, these were replaced so they matched with the panelled doors upstairs.
We have a large secure back garden with side access, there’s the potential to extend the back garden further, next door have done this and there’s is huge. We have a front garden, no drive but lots on our street have added driveways to their homes.
I’m looking for a 3/4 bedroom house (because of my childrens disabilities we are eligible for both) in Sedgley. I don’t mind if your house is council or housing association but I would need a property with the right to buy. (In full, no shared ownership) Decoration/flooring is not an issue but your home would need to have no outstanding repairs. We would need a property with 2 toilets to meet my children’s needs.
Please no other areas/or house sizes than I have already said as I’m looking for my forever home. No flats/maisonettes.
