I have an 3 bedroom terrace 3 storey town house in Chichester, PO19, West Sussex. Looking to swap council houses for a 3/4 bed Greater London/ Luton or surrounding areas.The house we live in is 10 minutes from Wittering and Bognor Regis Beach.5 minutes drive to Goodwood. Very nice, quiet and secure area, five minutes away from schools, colleges, nurseries, universities and hospitals.There are lots of doctor surgeries.There are playgrounds, parks and lots of open space.We live with very decent neighbors.
