I have a lovely 3 bedroom semi detached Victorian house. It has a lot of character. Lovely neighbours. I’ve lived here for 21 years & raised my four children here. I currently have my youngest daughter living at home & I’m looking to downgrade to a 2bedroom house but would accept a 2 bedroom flat ( with a balcony. My house is non estate , 5mins from the town centre.40 mins to London, 40 mins drive to Brighton East Sussex. Many secondary schools Grammar schools & primary schools I have a large garden, a shed, A large separate dining room & lounge. A small kitchen but the separate lounge & dining room make up for the small kitchen. A lovely large bathroom, one large double room with a large built in wardrobe. Two smaller bedrooms. I am looking to move to the Hove/ Brighton area ( no large estates swap ) Lewis town is also another area I’d like to swap to.
