I have a 2 bed terraced house in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to amenities, bus stop, train station. Epsom/ Leatherhead a short drive away. Ground floor; toilet, kitchen and lounge/diner. French doors open to patio/lawn garden. 1st floor; two good sized bedrooms, bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Ample parking and an area of grass opposite the house. The neighbours are lovely too and we all look out for one another.
