The property has central heating and new double glazing fitted and is in a quiet cul de sac with local shops within walking distance. There is also a local primary school and doctors all within walking distance. The property has been maintained extremely well by both myself and the council.
Dymchurch is a wonderful place to live and has a friendly and welcoming community. My reason for moving is to be nearer family. I would consider most areas around Maidstone.
