I have a ground floor 1 bedroom flat of 6 in a block in the newton of Edinburgh , off broughton street/ it is a very nice area central to all amenities with a front garden and shared back garden and drying green
The neighbours are all over 50
It has a big living room a normal size bedroom for a double bed and drawers built in wardrobe it has a small kitchen and normal size bathroom with shower over bath
There is a corner shop and a 5 minute walk to Tesco and Lidl
