My home is an 1840's neoclassical/Regency architectural style on a very quiet, leafy street in Islington.
If I could pick this flat up & move it near to a forest I would. This ground floor flat has been lovingly decorated throughout, with new flooring.

I have a small, charming private back garden with new fencing & a shed to the rear of the property, accessed via the front door & down some stairs, so not suitable for wheelchair users, sorry.
The front garden is communal but I am the only person who maintains it - neighbours aren't interested in it.

As I have invested a lot into this flat & gardens, I am seeking like for like- I don't want to have to decorate again so am looking for a property of high standard, near to a forest.woodland. I have health problems & need a GROUND FLOOR ONLY WITH PRIVATE GARDEN please.
