i live in fairwater it is a quite area near is leisure centre and rugby and big field i am in a block of six this would suite a male this is over 50 only i got one bedroom ground floor with three cupboard in the hallway the bedroom is long and wide the living room is middle side the window over look a small garden and car park the kitchen is not to bad fair side the bathroom is not to bad with walking shower this flat is not for me i am looking for over 55 with garden out of cardiff
