It's a quiet location with all the usual amenities within easy reach, a large Asda and the usual takeaways and shops etc. Sutton and Epsom are a bus ride away and Croydon a bit further. It's a very nice warm and secure flat with very quiet neighbours but friendly. The area feels rural with woods etc but with easy links to major roads and the M25 about three miles away. It would definitely suit a couple because it is quite a large flat with a modern fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower.
