We have a one bedroom semi-detached bungalow in a beautiful rural location in Scotland, NE Fife, 10 min from the River Tay.

The property is one bedroom bungalow with a large front garden and a beautiful SW facing back garden which is a sun trap in the summer, overlooking a large field. The property has recently had upgrades within the last year , with a new kitchen and wet room bathroom. It has also just had a new roof and installation Plus new electric heating in every room. There is also plenty of outside unrestricted parking.
