My property is a 2 bed bungalow:
2 beds.. 1 dbl, 1 single.
Nice sized living room with door leading into back garden.
Wet room,
Conservatory,
Kitchen that fits all appliances.
2 large cupboards in hallway. 1 has the eco boiler in but lots of room to store still. Solar panels.
End property with wrap round garden, 3 sheds. (garden needs a bit of TLC)
Friendly neighbours, quiet area.. Close to amenities and about a 15min walk to beach/pier.

I am looking ideally for a 2 bed bungalow with a nice sized garden but would also consider a large 1 bed bungalow or house. If a house must have downstairs toilet for disability reasons.
