I am currently living in a two bedroom flat with a son the age of 20 going on 21, and a daughter aged 11 going on 12. My son has his own room because of the age he is and me and my daughter are having to share room, and the same bed. The room is not big enough to put an extra bed in and the front room is used for family and sociable time and when my family come round to visit, it is also small we eat in there because the kitchen is not big enough for us to all eat in. My daughter is currently going through puberty and she should have her own space, I have been bidding from since she was 1 years old regularly and never got selected, i was then told i cant bid for some reason as i am not priority or classed as over crowded, i thought the law was that if you had a boy and a girl sharing the same room age 10 you are entitled to move and classed as over crowded but in 2022 i got informed different. I have reached a point where it is becoming even more stressful for my daughter and myself,
