Large park also 5 minutes away with local shops nearby. No pets with the Housing Associate Assured tenancy. Looking for one bedroom bungalow, house or flat in Canvey Island, Leigh on Sea, Benfleet, Hadleigh, Pitsea or Basildon. Ideally any flat needs be a top floor of a low rise, if over 2 floors would need a lift.
