I live in a small one bedroomed flat that is on the edge of a park. It is in a very quiet and peaceful surrounding. It has been recently decorated apart from the hallway. I have just had a new bathroom with new bath and sink. There has also been new windows in the last few years and the walls have been insulated. It is central heating throughout. Very warm and cosy, especially in the winter.

I am looking specifically for a flat/bungalow with a garden or private outside space. This is the only reason why I wish to move.
