My bungalow is for over 55s. It is in a very desirable location in a cul-de-sac surrounded by large private homes. it is close to Trafford General Hospital and Urmston town centre. The bungalow was refurbished a few years ago when a new kitchen was installed together with a new bathroom - wet room.
It has a large bedroom, lounge and kitchen, with lots of indoor and outdoor storage space. The front garden is maintained by the HA and the rear private garden is low maintenance and not overlooked. The property is fitted with a call support system in case of help being required. The property is in good decorative order, clean and well maintained. It is a very quite area. I am looking to move to a larger property with my son and his daughter.
