I am looking to move to Norwich to be nearer family and work. I would lke something groundfloor due to bad knees, would consider a ground or first floor flat if it is lovely. A 1 bed bungalow would be ideal but also open to a 2 bed. Im hoping this will be my last move and my forever home.
Flat with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower over the bath. 2 big storage cupboards, kitchen off lounge with double aspect windows. Views of trees from every window. Flat doesn't have it's own garden but there is a 1/3 of an acre community garden behind the flat which has oak trees and wild flowers and a bench to relax. This garden is barely used so lovely and quiet.
The flat comes with it's own parking space and there is also visitor parking. The hallway and stairs are cleaned regularly. There is outdoor drying space for clothes, 2 rotary driers.
The flat is a 10 minute walk to the town centre where there are 3 supermarkets, independent shops, butchers, bakery, greengrocers, chemist, cafes and charity shops. There are 3 pubs including the Black Boys which does lovely food.
Blickling is a 5 minute drive and 20 mins to Cromer. Only 11 miles to Norwich.
Aylsham was recently voted one of the best places to live in the UK.
