I have a a flat in the village of portsunlight It's a lovely village and very nice location Only 25 minutes from chester and some 20 minutes from Liverpool. There are some local shops near and easy access to train station. There's plenty of buses for getting you around. The flat is one bedroom with large living room divider kitchen. and bathroom with shower over the bath. This flat is suitable for 2 persons and for anyone who is over 50. It is a top floor flat with your own front door small out side space and large area for washing line etc in the back of the building. Iam looking for a place with one bedroom that would be suitable for anyone who is over the age of 50. Happy to consider small bungalow or house and a place convenient to the town centre for the train station.
