1 bed semi detached bungalow, by Hirst's farm shop/cafe on edge of Ormesby village. Lovely place in gorgeous spot with large garden backing onto fields (with horses). Front garden has mature blossoming trees & shrubs.
Internally is a good sized kitchen (council to install new kitchen within 6 months, I'm told), wet room, south facing lounge & double bedroom. A hallway connects all rooms & there's useful storage room too. The area's very quiet, (plus it's a 'no through' road).
I find the air-source-heat-pump heating expensive, but the council are looking into solar panels (which neighbours have already). That would make a huge difference. The heating exacerbates my scleritis, so I'm looking for a place with oil or gas.
The bungalow is ready for someone to put their stamp on it. Ideally I'd like to be in North Great Yarmouth /south Caister, but I'm open to Norfolk Suffolk, Cambs & Devon - Ground floor flat or bungalow with shower.
