I live on a quiet avenue near Oakengates town centre. My bungalow is well maintained and decorated. It has central heating, and the bathroom was converted to a wet room just over 3 years ago. There are front and rear gardens, both part lawned, and planted with rose bushes. There is also a substanial (9' x 7') gardem shed, in very good condition. My bungalow is the only one on the Avenue to have a drive where a carv can be parked.
