I have a 3 bedroom council house (£410 monthly rent) with a separate dining room downstairs that could be used as a 4th bedroom. Conservatory and nice mature garden, driveway for 3 cars, 80sqft workshop. Friendly neighbours who we get on really well with and a nice area close to all amenities and big shops. Great primary and secondary schools and college within walking distance. Beach 5 mins drive away and South Downs countryside and woodlands also only 5 mins away on foot. Beachy Head is only up the road. 30 mins from Brighton and 1 1/2 hour drive to London. Good railway links.
I am in a part of Eastbourne called Old Town which is on the edge of town and is a nice area with a lovely community - Halloween is our favourite time here and one thing we would miss!
