I have a 2 bedroom 2nd floor flat in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Newly painted only a year ago and new flooring in bedrooms and living room. One large sized bedroom and second bedroom on the smaller side. Loads of storage space with large cupboards in the hallway and access to the loft. Livingroom is a good size and kitchen is fairly decent too. Bathroom has a bath with shower over head. Close to parks and shops. Not far from main town where you can catch local transport to Derby or Nottingham.
