I have a spacious one-bedroom ground-floor flat with an open plan living-diner area in Daventry (The Headlands), there is a large storage cupboard and a bath/shower in the bathroom. There is also a large hallway and wide doorways so it may be suitable for someone who needs wheelchair access.
