My lovely flat is situated on the edge of Lifton, a lovely friendly village, in a good central location. 5 mins from Launceston, 10mins Tavistock, 50 minutes to Plymouth. Lots of lovely walking and local shop, pubs, GP surgeries. I have a garden, established with flowering cherry trees and shrubs, for my sole use and fabulous views over to Dartmoor and surrounding countryside. My flat has a new kitchen and bathroom, shower over the bath, heated towel rail. Newly decorated in white and flooring in excellent condition. I'm looking to move to Plymouth, or somewhere near to Plymouth, near a train station. Lifton has a new community centre, which is very large and holds lots of activities. There is a regular bus service through the village.
