I have a 3 bedroom house in Arfryn Avenue Llanerch Llanelli looking for an extra bedroom. Close to town area, just around the corner from Parkhoward, 2 schools just down the road. 2 reception rooms, upstairs toilet, back and front garden, drive way. Lovely area, I have lived in this street all my life unfortunately I need a 4 bedroom due to needing an extra bedroom. Lovely neighbors and community.
