I have a lovely 2 double bedroom flat in W9. Its 13 years old, only 15 flats in the whole block. Maida Vale tube Station is a 10 minute walk away as is Westbourne park station. Portobello Road Market a 15 minute walk away. The block is on the main road with a bus stop right next to it and a GP surgery just downstairs. The windows are double glazed but my flat also faces the back of the block so is very quiet. There's a sainsburys, Co-op and Iceland and other local butchers and grocers just less than 5 minutes away.
The flat itself has 2 double bedrooms which can fit a kingsize bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedside tables in. I have a lovely long hallway which leads to the living room which is large and the kitchen is off the living room (not open plan). The living room windows are huge so its very bright and airy with a large balcony.
The flat is so warm in the winter that we hardly turn the heating on which is a huge money saver. I put new white marble flooring throughout the property only 2 years ago and its been painted all white so a blank canvas and wouldn't need work in terms of decorating.
The flat is on the 3rd floor, we have a lift which in the 13 years I've lived here has probably only stopped working about 5 times and fixed the same day so its an extremely rare occurance.
I have lovely neighbours, all families with children, so no loud music or anti social behaviour.
I do love living here and the only reason I want to move is because I need the extra bedroom.
I do not want South or East London. I would love to stay in or around West London but would consider moving further for the right property.
