I have a large 3 bed semi with oil central heating.
All double glazed.
Huge garden front and back ,all fenced off professionally.
The drive can fit 3 cars in+ and there is parking outside the gate.
It is a lovely quiet culture de sac where most houses are bought.
Plenty of small children live here as the primary school is within walking distance, there is also a shop/ post office and 2 great eating pubs again within walking distance.
All 3 of my daughters are moving to Carmarthen so staying in the family home on my own doesn't make any sense.
Where ever I go there must be a garden ,not as big as what I have now tho.
A new kitchen has been ordered so will be here before Christmas.
