I have a large 3 bed flat on the 4th floor which has stairs and a lift. The flat consists of a living room/diner, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, 3 decent size bedrooms, new carpets all in the last 3 months and new laminate floor and nicely decorated. I?m with PCC, I?m ready to move for the right property.I?m looking for a 4 bed gfm with garden or a 3/4 bed house, I would like to stay located in and around the Portsmouth area. Must have a decent size bathroom that can be changed into a wet room and decent size bedrooms as I have 2 older children and a young child.
