When I moved in I ripped all thenoruginal fitting n fixtures out replanted and rewired the entire house including window sills and skirtingExtended the bathroom installed a 2 person bath n shower installed a fitted kitchen with intergraded dishwasher washing machine fridge freezer two opens and induction hob. Tiled flooring throughout apart from 3 bedrooms which are laminate.marble in kitchen wood looking tiles in livingroom and bathroom. Large summer house in back garden i also had a seperate bin tidy made,front and back garden also ripped out and replaced with decking and planters.Attic was just been completely floored new lighting and shelves installed up there as well.Back room was made smaller to make bathroom bigger so I have wrapped it in wardrobes so the whole room is affectively one big walk in wardrobe.Security cameras installed right round the property which is an end house so only 1 neighbour who has been there for over 40 years lovely row all long term residents all own their homes mine is the last council house left on the row Cold water taps in both gardens double socket in front garden lights and sockets in back garden in the summerhouse which I converted into large outdoor kennel. Outdoor lights fitted front and back. House right in front of primary school so literally a 1 min walk to school door and community park/centre.Box room upstairs has had cupboards knocked through and double bed made with underneath storage wall knocked through and made into wardrobe as well as fitted wardrobes installed. 3 extra power sockets have been installed.Gas central heating boiler moved from back room into a separate cupboard which I have installed shelves in for towels bedding etc.There is a large cupboard that used to be used for drying clothes I have put loads of shelves and coat hooks up for extra storage I kept my pram and everything in there this can be knocked through to make kitchen bigger and a walk thru
