The neighbours are all above 70 years old in the two blocks of flats,so that makes for a very quiet,friendly and safe place to live,and I would never leave if I didn't miss having a garden so much.
At the front of the property ,there is a large car park,with ample parking for everyone,and beautiful gardens at front and back of buildings.
There are local bus routes,and the nearest train station is Hairmyres,which is about 5 minutes away.
Hairmyres hospital is the same,5 minutes away,along with pubs and restaurants in the up and coming complex that is St James ,East Kilbride,here you will also find a chemist and a dentist.
So,really this flat has so much going for it,I have been the only tenant,and I have only been in here since April 2022.
