Good size bathroom with bath and overhead shower, good ventilation with plenty of hot water (combi boiler).
In the entrance hallway there is a large double storage cupboard with built in shelves, internet connection and fuse box.
The flat has a designated parking space, communal bin shed and bike store (both have a coded lock)
There is a Co Op just down the road, along with a few good parks, local woodland, close to good schools and just on the outskirts of Basingstoke town centre, so it's a nice quiet area.
I need to be closer to family now, due to family with ill health.
