I have a large one bedroom flat in Covent Garden, which I use as a two bedroom, thanks to the wall bed in the living room, and the stylish dining table and four tulip chairs in the kitchen - and I am looking to swap to Covent garden, Soho or somewhere else similarly central. My flat is on the fourth floor of a historic building, with a lift, and a video entry system. The flat is fully furnished, with a brand new water heater providing excellent pressure for the P-shaped bath, shower, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is also a clever built in heated fan-assisted clothes drying cupboard in the hall - so no laundry drying on racks anywhere! I've lived here 21 years and now fancy a change - whatever the condition of your place - if it has potential, I will be interested.
