Immaculate council property to swap Inverness

Ideally looking for Lesmahagow or surrounding area but it must have reasonably good transport links as I do not drive. Two bedroom preferred but will consider any surrounding area as long as its peaceful. My property needs literally nothing done to it-you could just move in and ideally would like to leave flooring blinds curtains etc as they all fit and match the decors. Hopefully anyone considering swapping would do the same.
