One bedroom semi detached bungalow in very sought after quiet residential area. House is immaculate very well maintained and has a large low maintenance garden at both back and front of house. parking space near door house needs nothing done to it. Two sheds and potential office outside which has power running into it and light fitted in first shed. Regular bus route runs within a two minute walk and its one mile from the city centre. My landlord is Highland Council and the rent is £74.20 a week. Only moving to be near to family and for ongoing medical treatment. Given the distance involved I am looking for a two bedroom property no multistories flats or in bad area and please no neighbours from hell either!
I have fantastic neighbours there are only ten properties in the street and there is a great community spirit here. Doctors within a two minute walk primary school two minutes away independent bakery supermarket cafe and church within five minutes walk. I would prefer an urban area or even outwith the city as long as there are good transport links as I do not drive.
