I have a 2 bedroom - on paper - but there are actually 3 rooms upstairs, although the 3rd room is smaller it can be used as a bedroom.
I have a large kitchen and living room downstairs.
Separate toilet and shower room upstairs.
Small garden in front and back.
Nice cul-de-sac, most houses are privately owned.
I have fully retire and I am now looking to move nearer to my family in Folkestone and would consider a flat or 1 bed bungalow.
