I live in a Masonite flat. Itâ€™s a 5 minutes walk to east Croydon station and 20 minutes walk to Croydon town centre. When I moved to the property it had a newly refurbished kitchen and freshly painted corridor and rooms. The Masonite has 2 exterior storage ( this is a bonus for parcels in case your not in) a large storage in the living room under the stairs and another large storage in the corridor and 2 storages in the bathroom as well 2 single walking closet which Iâ€™ve built into shelves. The Masonite has a large loft. Both rooms are double. Large living room/ dining room and a friendly neighbourhood.
