Has a laundry room if required or room in kitchen to install your own, has outside storage, communal garden with a lovely fish pond 10 minute walk to Hornchurch tube station and a lovely town centre.
This is truly a beautiful area the only reason I want to move is to be near my family.
Also there is a handyman available for anything you need to put up etc which is a blessing. Enough room for two people.
