I live in a very spacious and very well kept first floor one bedroom flat in Hythe. This flat is age restricted for people over 55 years of age. I am looking for similar in Folkestone, but will consider all offers. My flat has recently had a new kitchen installed. All rooms are very decent in size. The are two large built in wardrobes and lots of storage throughout. The window blinds were put up a year ago. Will leave them as they were made to measure. The flat is located very close to the High Street, Military Canal and local services, and it is a short walk to the sea front.
This flat also benefits from private parking and a shed.
