I’m looking for a swap, I’m in EH5 first floor, 2 bedroom house, one double one single, ideally looking for something on ground floor as I’m going to have another baby and starting to struggle, we have a shared garden but it’s mostly used by me, all neighbours have kids and everyone is okay with each other, close to shops(Lidl,b&m, Morrisons, javits), you can get nr 8,9,16,200,14 bus(5min a walk), it’s pretty quiet(sometimes you can hear foxes at night 🙈)
