We have a lovely two-bedroom property. Both bedrooms are double bedrooms, one with a built-in walk-in double cupboard. We have an airing cupboard and also access to the loft. Our upstairs bathroom has an adapted wet room with a shower and raised toilet with a handrail.
Downstairs we have a good-sized kitchen and living room. the living room has an understairs cupboard which is extremely useful for storage. Currently, we can fit an upright freezer in there, previously we used it as a computer cupboard - so it's quite substantial in size. The living room backs onto the back garden, which is beautiful in the summer. The back garden has laid slabs for a patio area and no grass, with access to the rear car park. The car park has two designated car spaces.
The kitchen has been recently updated and has lots of cupboard space. You can have gas or electric ovens.
Outside the front, there is a small garden with handrails to help those who need adaptations. There is also further parking available.
Our neighbours are very quiet and always speak; it's a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Neighbours are very observant and will be happy to knock on your door, should you need to know anything that might affect children etc. We have been here for over 20 years, but now we would like to live closer to our children, as we're getting older and need a bit more support.
