I have a 2 bedroom located in the heart of Walthamstow in Lond borough of Walthamstow forest, we are a family of 5 and 2 bed room is a bit overcrowded hence the reason we are looking to swap for a 3 bedroom house with a possibly a garden in the Walthamstow area so not to move schools. Our flat is a lovely flat near underground and overground station just 1 minute walk. Local school are a stone throw away and the famous Walthamstow market and mall is literally 5/7 minutes away.
