I have a 2 bed FFF in Exeter. We are a 10 minute walk into the city centre with a great park just behind us. We have 1 double bedroom and one single which would be great for a child, open plan living room/kitchen, bathroom with a bath and also a storage cupboard/boiler cupboard. No one is above us and we are in a small cul de sac.
