i live in a quiet village with a community shop and a beautiful 16th centurary church..there is a fantastic park with sea views..the bungalow has a walk in shower with seat attached to wall and a handrail. it has 1 small bedroom and a larger bedroom..the front room is spacious with the option of a coal fire..it is heated with electric storage heaters..it has a wrap around gardenand you can see the sea a bit from back garden.. it is in the countryside and 5/6 miles from bude and widemouth bay..my reason for moving is because i don`t drive and want to be nearer to town..although i would consider a ground floor flat. Will consider surrounding areas
