Spacious 1 bedroom ground floor flat with shared back and own front garden. Hardwood floors in hall, living room and bedroom. Laminate tiles in kitchen and bathroom (could probably do with replacing). Flat is in good condition with central heating and two large storage cupboards in hallway. Would suit someone who can afford to make improvements, which I can't. It's 1 of 4 in a block, neighbours are friendly and respectful. The bus stops right outside and train station is 10 minutes walk. Milngavie village is a shopping area that is very well kept with lots of cafes and small businesses. Countryside is a short walk away, perfect for dog/hill walkers.
