I have a ground floor property on Parkfields estate,Castle Bromwich. I have a garden, lots of off road parking adjacent to my flat via a little car park. Flat over looks Arden Hall cricket club. It does need decorating to be honest. I’m looking for a first floor flat, maisonette or mews (no high rises sorry) ideally in Smiths Wood to be closer to family and friends. I’m 5 mins away from JLR and HS2, ten minutes away from the airport and Resorts World. The fast bus to Birmingham city centre is a few minutes walk from my house and takes about 20-30 mins. The Farthing's pub is a few minutes away. Water Orton a lovely little village is only 5mins away. Beautiful great, big field right in front of my garden to walk any dogs or yourself.
